The Exercise for All team were joined by seven wonderful guest speakers and plenty of guests, to discuss the barriers disabled individuals face when accessing exercise and fitness facilities across South Wales and how we can break down those barriers. Llanishen Leisure Centre were kind enough to let everybody test out their new, state of the art Shapemaster Toning Suite, which contains everything from hoists to passive motion machines to help get you moving.
